Basic Firefighting Revalidation
Details
This course will allow the students to demonstrate the skills needed to revalidate their STCW Certification and continue to be able to prevent accidents, injuries, and harm to our environment; function safely and harmoniously in the chain of command; and in case of a fire emergency, react in the correct manner.
Students wishing to take this course must show a valid STCW certification within the last 5 years, and has maintained at least 1 year (360 days) sea service with continuing training during the sea service period. The student should be in reasonably good physical condition.
Course covers the following standard:- 46 CFR 10
- STCW 10 Table A-VI/1-2
A course completion certificate will be issued to the student upon successful completion of all course requirements and assessments.
This course is open persons that already have their STCW certification and want to revalidate their certification.
